yeah it's been a while and it will be a little longer till I'm sober.  Drinking again well for the last time this yearit's dec. 30th will be the 31sat in a couple hours it will be the last day of 2012 fuck can it get worse my wife has a boyfriend why can't I the guy which is normal to  be the one cheating can't do it and yes I'm still married but only leaglely fuck my wife wish I could but kind of don't been there done that made a lasting impression and she happens to be cute :)  That's why I married her but every day I see her it makes me wonder why did I choose that hmm she made a beautiful child but her come on why???  I get to thinking her sister would be fun but the issues kind of block it but honestly how many guys can really saty they have done sisters I wouldn't I think her sister and I get along well don't want to ruin it.  Her sister is awesome and her kids even tho there with that guy there good they make me happy they call me uncle and as you know I have no sister or brother I have step ones but none real  Sip ahh mmm good it almost killed me but I like it.  Have to get up early to have coffee with family.  I wonder what will be thought if I smell like a brewerary while having a coffee.  All I want is a woman not a girl to help me pass the time and hopefully the way I want to he he that's enough blabbing for now so I'll TTYL Luctouque

Now I have to say something about those pictures the one with the two beautiful women they work at the place I used to live at and they are beautiful.  One was me trying to take a picture of the lady who plays piano at my church another was the candles at the lighting of the nine candle ceramony that was at church and the other is that beautiful mom of one of the girls I used to live with and yes I mean girl.  UYou have to earn woman from me I know I've called some girls women on here but they are girls like the one who stole my Ipod camera and 600 cash and my 36 inch flar screen I'm too easily fooled or I just want someone to please but they half to be pretty in my books like that stripper that took all from me.  Christmas was good got a phone don't have it but got one my step sister has it I think I can trust her.  Hmm trust Ithink I shouldn't give it away so easily.  Oh one of the pics is the couple who help me at the soup kitchen I go to 10 times a week.  Money saved but got to watch the people who go there like that stripper with the small boobs.  Size of boobs doesn't matter to me the bigger I won't complain but I'm all for the other stuff.  Don't want to get x-rated on you.  So I'll TTYL  Luctouque

I'm back

 Sorry for not posting for a while and so you know I got a pole dancer for my transfer pole in my living room.  Just kidding she's my new girlfriend.  yeah I said it, girlfriend.  Well she's a girl and she's my friend so girlfriend.  Well she's more than that I'd like to say we are kind of lovers.  Maybe that's going to far cuase we're new, isn't she hot.  He he.  She's named after a State well guess which one, maybe it's an emotional state and no it's not anger.  A while ago I went to this job finding party called jofest and I won an  Ipod.  Cool huh?  So I guess you want to know what I did today well I know you probably know but I'll tell you anyways and yes I do it practicly everyday.  Coffee with the uncle in the morning.  Then I went to a job festival type thing and won an Ipod.  Still trying to figure out how to use it, stupid brain injury.  There having a going away party at the BI place I go to for me, yep I'm leaving them well, it's been good while I was with them and one of my cousins works there but she wasn't allowed to work with me you know, family.  Oh rereading my post I need to clairify something the jobfest was a few days ago, maybe a week or so, not today.  And yes it's past my bedtime by 2 and a half hours, I'm living large.  So I'm probably going to watch a movie with her later and maybe makeout, smile.  She has a dog.  I want a cat but not alowed animals in my apartment, sad.  So 5 today and the other days I had three as my least and 8 as my most.  I know.  I know, I'm slippen but I still have them I don't keep track of them as much as I used to but still have them.  Well If you'd like to know something leave the question as a comment and I'll try to answer it in my next post and yes I won't post everyday.  Just once in a while cuase I don't do much oh, I'm volunteering at a soup kitchen now just want to kind of pay them for feeding me since it's free.  Well I think the price is right.  So I'll continue to sign off so I'll TTYL Luctouque

Almost

       Almost ten days couldn't wait.  I got my internet back today so if I wanted too I couldn't write on here yesterday.  Well I went for coffee in the mornings past then I went and did some stuff.  I applied to the soup kitchen well to volunteer so we will see monday if they want a handicapped guy to help them.  If I do that means I'm kind of paying for my meals.  Happy.  Oh I'm still on those dating websites just for fun now because not even getting a nibble.  Well this one has games I can play so it's all good but can't help to get to thinking what is it about my persona that's so unappealing oh well I like me and I'd take me out for coffee and listen to my stories.  So it's all good  TTYL Luctouque

Ten Day's Huh?

        So I can give you a brief overview and some new stuff as well.  As you know I go for coffee in the Mornings with the uncle, slept in one day but still go.  I'm doing this job finding course it's giving me an idea why noone whant's me to work for them, but still go to the course.  Who knows maybe Walmart will hire me as a greeter.  I maybe handicapped but I can still say "hello, hope your visit with us is a good one (shakes hand)".  There's one more nite of Civic Sounds oh well, I just broke one of my rules.  I could of just deleted it but it's all good.  I might have another friend I'll give her time to back out and no it's just going to be friendship.  Even tho I think she's cute but , no.  And it's "no" cuase she doesn't want to go that way.  I'm ok with it.  One of the people that is my friend is Ontario for a few days.  I just got to thinking I always say I have no friends but in hindsite I do have a couple and I might get a couple more.  So I'm going for my usual coffee tomorrow morning then going to church yes I said it, church.  You didn't think I was going to go peacefully to hell?  Well did you?  Then on Monday going to get my pills from that cute girl.  I had a thought there is a lot of cute girls out there or is it I'm not that picky?  I know some guy's look at the chest or legs or ass those are good things but me in spacificly (spelling bad) I look at the face that's probably find full figured women attractive.  Oh and I do find women with glasses more appealing.  Well I think I gave you enough dirt on me so I'll go now so I'll TTYL Luctouque

Cousins

      Are here from Alberta and the Lower mainland.  I think there here for visiting g-ma and two of there birthdays yeah two of them are a few years and two days apart.  The other one and I are a week apart.  Brings new meaning to close family. Well What I did yesterday well coffee with the uncle.  Ten went to a group type thing and no, didn't go to my usual Tuesday group she had a holiday.  Had dinner watched a movie had popcorn and a coffee then I realized it was shower day so after the movie had it then played on the computer, then bed.  Late I might add.  Then today went for coffee in the morning with the uncle then went to that job finding group thing again had to leave early cuase I had to go walk at the hockey rink.  Had 6, 3 were decaff.  Had chicken for dinner did laundry and cooked my dinner at the same time.  Now I know that's easy to do but when I started both I didn't put the run times together and my laundry and dinner were done at the same time so had to make educated guesses to leave this and get that.  So got my laundry cooked the chicken well not well done I guess you could say I had it done well.  Then I had my popcorn as dessert and had my after supper coffee after supper.  Watched a movie.  Then came on here had my Pepsi and bed time snack and yes it's late.  I think the early bed time thing is gone now.  Hooray well I think I bored you enough so I'll TTYL Luctouque

Forgot Again

       Sorry forgot to post yesterday.  The thing different yesterday and today, no coffee in the morning the coffee place was closed.  So I didn't really do much I went to church yesterday and if your wondering she happens to be cute.  And I watched Kill Bill vol. 1 yesterday but fell asleep so I watched it again today but I had an excuse for forgetting it.  I was asleep thru it the first time instead of using my BI as an excuse I'll use sleep.  I went to the drug store today to get my pills you know the ones that make me a man, he he.  Now tomorrow there is no COBIS.  Opps I broke one of my rules well I guess I can go back and erase it but nahh. but I'm going to go so I'llTTYL Luctouque

Coffee

       Yep went for one in the morning with the uncle and only won a couple of bucks on pull tabs.    So because of the hoiday on Monday the place I go to in the morning will be closed \sunday Monday so no coffee in the morning for a coupe days.  So what will I do?  Well I'm going to a church type thing tomorrow so maybe I'll get a coffee there.  Then after coffee nothing till I came on hewre to tell you all about it.  My life is dull.  So I'll TTYL Luctouque 

Job

       I want one.  Well I just want to belong to something that gives me something to do, like something that someone else wants done.  I can do stuff right now but,  I can do it any way I want and I don't make money.  Well I do but no reward well, I can give myself a cookie, but I think you now where I'm going with this.  Even tho the oppisite sex isn't attracted to me I just want to belong.  So I'm hanging out with mom tomorrow we're going fo coffee so yep. another one.  5 today, 2 were decaf.So I'll leave you with that thought So I'll TTYL Luctouque 

Found Out

Got To Ride A Special Bus

          Yep I'm a member of the Handy Dart system.  I'm special.  Oh that guy from the group I go to on Tuesday's, gave me a Coke and some pizza.  So I'm having the Coke now and I'll have the pizza for lunch tomorrow.  So you want to know what I did don't ya?  Well coffee this morning with the uncle then after lunch went to my BI group.  On the way home I got the Handy Dart to drop me off at the supermarket instead of home.  Bought some bread and some Pepsi and decaf coffee for my coffee pot that I don't use very much. Had dinner then had my evening coffee and popcorn and while I was watching the movie I realized it was Tuesday.  You know what that means, shower day.  I usualy have it before dinner But I forgot so I had it after the movie forget the name of the movie but it wasn't bad,  well wasn't good but not bad.  Got a birthday card for my little one today and as you know it was her birthday is on the 22nd.  I think dad had trouble with the postage I think that was why the lateness.  If your wondering it's the 31st today.  So 6 today two were caffinated but got to 6.  Well I lied three were caffinated.  Sorry.  Now I'm clean, tired so I'll TTYL Luctouque 

Movie

       Yep that's what I was watching it just stopped in the middle it's a good thing cuase I wasn't really into it.  Well coffee this morning with the uncle then after a bit went to this yoga breathing thing and on my way home stopped and got a coffee type thing.  I only say type thing cuase it was served to me at a coffee house and it was cold and had lime flavour.  So after dinner had my usual popcorn and instant coffee now I'm having a Pepsi and some crackers.  I know I'm boring.  Well I can say one thing at least you can set your watch by what I'm doing.  If it's morning I'm probably having coffee with my uncle.  Then I might be doing something and then it's afternoon.  Then after dinner I'm watching a movie.  After which I come on here to tell you all the nothing I did while I have a Pepsi.  Unless it's a tuesday, then I might be having a Coke.  This guy I see at one of my groups swears by Coke and he sometimes gives me one and I don't have the heart to tell him that I'm not a Coke fan probably because I like free stuff.  He sometimes gives me his left over pizza from lunch and I don't complain.  Dinner for me yay.  So mI'll TTYL Luctouque

Fiona Apple

          Fep she's cute.  She can sing too.  So what I did today well coffee with the uncle then went and saw g-ma.  She's doing good.  So I went to the bank early to see if my money was in and it is.  Got money yay.  Got home did some stuff got yet another paper, didn't pay money it's a free paper.  Cut out my picture, again.  4 yep 4 oh and got ready by quarter to 6.  I know, I know, I'm slippen.  Well not slippen just figure I'm going to stop going to bed early.  What did he say?  Yep I'm going to go to bed at a regular time for now on.  Well I think it's a regular time, but nonetheless going to bed later than what I want to.  Oh 2 of the 4 were decaff.  I still have my before bed soda which I think has caffine but erh who's going to die if it has some.  Not me.  But I have cut my caffine intake way down I'll TTYL Luctouque

Movie

     Yep went on a date.  No not one of those dates but it was with a guy and we went and watched a movie.  And no I don't swing that way but if you look at it we went on a date kind of.  He didn't buy me popcorn brought it from my social group.  Money saved.  So what I did today as you know coffee with the uncle in the morning.  Then waited till the time to go to the social group.  Went, then met my date there went to a movie.  It was a good movie it was Snow White and The Huntsman type of title. I got home later than usual had dinner, watched a CFL game.  Thought about watching another movie.  Thought better of it as you know it's past my bed time.  It's almost 8:00.  Having decaf coffee now. stupid Dr. saying caffine is bad for people with brain injury.  So I'm going to have to work around it, like I'm having a Pepsi right now he he.  It's not coffee. So I'll TTYL Luctouque

        Do you flip a burger counter clockwise.  Just a thought.  Well you know you want to know it, so here goes.  Coffee this morning with the uncle then waited till the time to go walking.  Walked two whole laps.  Then not much till dinner yep you guessed it I crocked it.  Pork chop mmmm but had it late by two and a half hours.  You know it had to be cooked so I had my popcorn as dessert oh and 4, now I'm having a pepsi.  I'm thinking I should google caffine and brain injury and see how caffine effects brain injury.  As you know caffine didn't effect me before the injury but what if the brain gets affected by caffine after recieving a brain injury.  Just a thought.  So I'll TTYL Luctouque

Clean

     Yes I am.  I just got out of the shower and am clean.  Yes I'm still trying.  It's not working but still trying.  So come on you want to know just admit it you really want to know.  Coffee this morning with the uncle.  Then I went and saw my shrink and he's going to slowly ween me off of one of my pills.  I asked him if he could cuase sleeping isn't happening for me like it's 9:00 and still wide awake and yes I took my evening pills, took them at 7:00 and I'm not tired yet.  One of the pills I take is for sleeping.  I guess that's why they call them sleeping pills.  But the drug they are weening me off of is a pill that's for mainly to give you a relaxed attitude but it also is supposed to help with sleep.  I asked the DR. if he could take me off the sleeping pill but he just wants to try this first.  I can tell you now that it wont work.  "Just have a posititive attitude" you say bah!  I have been trying to sleep for a long time and if the pills aren't working why take them?  Maybe they are and this brain injury has given me the sleep diffency.  Well I'll TTYL Luctouque

Just Want To

        Find a significant other.  What?  You say I have one?  Well that's only paperwork I'm actualy alone.  Alone.  I think I'm pretty bored.  Yep I am.  How can I be bored?  Well for starters I don't have friends.  You say I have one.  Well I went for coffee with someone the other day but I think he didn't like me and I'm not changing for anyone.  No he wasn't gay and neither am I to the meaning of the word.  I don't find the same sex appealing and I'm not happy.  So I do the same thing everyday so I guess you could say I'm in a rut.  Just haven't found a way out is all.  All want is a friend!  Well what I did today went for coffee with the uncle then picked up my pills.  Went for the usual coffee after I pick up my pills.  It was good.  Then I went to city hall and watched the council meeting till it was almost over but had to go home for my appt. with my seond kinesiologist, don't want to miss that.  It went well.  She changed the sheets on my bed and we walked some.  Oh the pics ae of my now 6 year old daughter they wre taken at the place we went for her party.  She's red cuase she's all worked up from playing.  Then I got back from city hall had dinner watched a movie had popcorn and my last coffee of the day, 4.  Now I'm having a Pepsi MMMMMMMMMMMM.  So I'll TTYL Luctouque 

I Went Somewhere

       Yep I did, to a playhouse cuase it was my kids b-day.  6.    So only 5 today two Timmies and my usual.  Now I'm snacking on chips and having a Pepsi then, going to bed and it's after 10:00.  Thinking my sleeping pill is wofking so drowsey. Tired

      Yep I am, I'm always tired and I mean always.  I think I'm going to ask my Dr. to cancel my sleeping pill, cuase I' m up till the early hours and I wake up at around six every morning.  So I might get 5 hours of sleep so what's the point of a sleeping pill?  Well maybe if I didn't have it my sleeping would be worse.  But I know you guys are thinking I shouldn't have so much coffee and 5.  But I usualy have coffee at the normal time which is morning.  I also have the weird problem that caffine doesn't affect me.  I've tried going with a minium amount of coffee which is two in the morning and my sleeping habit didn't change.  So caffine still even after the accident doesn't affect me but I'm so tired I fucking hate it being tired all the time and I mean ALL the time.  Even when I'm trying to fall asleep I'm tired.  So going to leave you now so I'll TTYL Luctouque

Hello

      So I might have a friend cool huh?  So the usual today then met that guy after my social group.  Found out he makes bread.  And he makes money doing that he he.  So five I think give or take one.  So had my before bed coffee the popcorn is on side type table thing.  Well going to eat it before bed which wil be late cuase there is a cfl game on Lions and Eskimos.  Lets go Lions lets go clap clap clap.  Well not much to say so I'll TTYL Luctouque

        Well I've been reading some on submissives and dominates and I think if I was to play that game I would be more comfotable with being a sub.  Now that I have your attention I can tell you the usual coffee this morning with the uncle then I did something different yeah I did nya nya na na naa.  Went to my Dr's and did a little questionare so I can get him to sign papers saying that I'm competant.  One down one to go.  And yes I got a coffee on my way home.  so my total today is five.  Had my usual popcorn and coffee but I'm watching the CFL game right now and yes Saskatchewan winning.  Today is the day that a band is playing at the old library but staying home.  To watch the game.  I do know your not supposed to start a sentence with the word and, but this is me writing my thoughts and well I say and alot.  Well think it.  I'm having my shower after the game so no early bed time for me.  Sucks I know, but had my pills at 7:00 so I might sleep, thinking of asking my Dr to cancel my sleeping pills, I know, I know, What if there helping and having a brain injury means you have troubles sleeping and there helping but I'm just tired no pun intended of being awake to all hours in the morning and wakeing up like a clock early in the am.  I know I should reasearch BI and the effect of caffine with it but before my injury caffine didn't affect me and I think it doesn't affect me now and I sleepy all day and I lie down to have a nap and you guessed it never get to sleep so no nap for me.  And no coffee before hand TTYL Luctouque

A Day

          Yep that's what it was.  Oh I might have a friend.  Haven't scared him yet well he's going to meet me after my social group on Friday.  So what I did today well coffee in the morning with the uncle.  Won nothing on pull tabs well nothing worth talking about.  Then I went to the hockey rink did some walking 2 laps.  Then on my way home broke my cup holder well broke it on the way there.  Lost a Timmies.  Sad.  Then on my way home got my arm rest that holds my go switch fixed and kind of got my cup holder fixed.  Kind of.  Happy.  So 4 today well for stomached and one lost so I would of had 5 but it wasn't ment to be.  Did some laundry had my dinner.  Met this lady in the laundry room that knows my old boss in that town I had my crash near.  Well I don't know what else to say so TTYL Luctouque

yep that's what they are the first one is of this girl that comes to my Tuesday group with her boy friend she's nice but he needs some help.The second is one of my favorite beverages and the other two are of some random guy who likes to make flower thingies he's a dweeb.  So what I did today went for coffee this morning with the uncle then a little later both of us went to see g-ma well his mom my g-ma.  Tomorrow happens to be recycling day so I went to take mine outside and yep you guessed it when I was travelling outside one of the residents here offered to take it out for me.  Who am I to refuse went back to my apartment had dinner then I took my garbage out and no, no one offered to take it out for me.  Why is it when you need the help it doesn't happen but when you don't it does?  The only reason why I like the help when I take the garbage out is because I can't get back in the back door.  So I have to travel around to the front to get back in.  I can get out the back door but getting in is a different story.  Too much of a ledge for me to get over in my chair.  And yes I'm going to have my regular popcorn, coffee, and movie tonite.  Then my shower.  What!  No early bed time?  I forgot about my shower till I was writing on here.  So Luc's slippin.  I think he needs another one around to help me remember things even tho I know I shouldn't go to bed so early but it does take a while for me to get to sleep so instead of around midnight it will be around 2 or 3 tonite.  But I will wake up at my usual time which is around 5:30 or 6.  Well I think I've bored you enough so I'll TTYL Luctouque

Man I'm Troubled

       I keep forgetting to post on here don't think I'm giving up just my stupid memory is faulty.  So I'll tell you what I did today as you probably know went for coffee with the uncle this morning like I do every morning.  It's Monday so after coffee went and picked up my pills.  Got yet another coffee so three then well got to 5 today.  Now I'm having having my before bed Pepsi and crackers.  MMmmmmmmmmmmmmm Pepsi.  Oh in one of the days I didn't post I asked this girl to be my steady, denied.  Sad, but will get over it.  So how come none of you guys post a comment it would give me something to write about.  So now I'll finish my Pepsi and go to bed.  So I'll TTYL Luctouque

Well

      I guess I don't really write on here like I want to.  I want to every day but it looks like I miss a day here and there.  Well your not missing much cuase knowing what I do write on here I guess you could figure what the post was going to be anyways.  So without any further ado I'll get started.  Went for coffee with my uncle this morning then I did my usual pill pick up and then guess c,mon guess yep got my thir coffee.  Then my other kinesiologist came over and after that went to city hall.  On my way home got my mom and daughter a birthday card and you guessed it another coffee.  Oh and a lottery ticket.  At least I can brag this time for not winning cuase I have a ticket.  So I got to 5 today.  (sad)  Oh and no popcorn tonite cuase I forgot to turn up my crock pot till after city hall so dinner was at 6:30 instead of 4:00.  Well I didn't feel any different and I cold of had popcorn as desert but nah.  So my usual coffee and popcorn movie and coffee turned into dinner movie and coffee.  You didn't think I was going to cut out the coffee did you?  Oh if your one of those checking out my blog from the countless social websites I'm apart of.  You were probably thinking I'd tell you what I don't understand, so here goes.  The other day I went to this thing, I was expecting it to be different than it was but it seemed to be like this other thing that I don't care for.  So needless to say I'm confused.  I'm really confused which is hard to do cuase as you know I have what they call a high IQ.  Toot toot, blowing my own horn but, it's true.  So needless to say I don't get confused that much and if I say I am I'm probably not.  So for me to mean it the explaination is really simple and I'm stuck thinking of it one way and the other way which is the way it's suposed to be is so simple it's hard for me to comprehend.  So needless to say,  what?

Late

        I had my dinner late around 6:30 not 4:00 like I wanted to but had to make sure it was cooked.  SSo no popcorn tonite I guess I could of had it as desert but nah.  I did have my coffee so that made 8 today.  So I drank one pot and a bit today.  So did my usual today, except the popcorn.  I phoned and woke up my uncle today I really didn't think he was sleeping.  I thought he had a different sleeping schedual.  Now I know for next time.  Now sleep is calling me.  I probably wont for a few hours but, tired anyways.  Yawn going to try so I'll TTYL Luctouque

       I just randomly looked at my blog and it's weird like my uncles b-day was the first not the fifth and I don't get the lots of one letter thing.  Well something new I have my third date in two days tonite and yes a different girl again.  Well the second date wasn't a date it was more like a friendship thing which was ok but would've been neat cuase I got 15 years on her I guess I want to be a craddle robber (smile)

Something \different canada day

        Still got it.  So tomite was number two.  I went on a coffee date last nite, went on a music in the park kinda thing tonite.  Oh and the second one she asked me and I've got 15 years on her.  So it's just killing ya isn't it?  Well, went for coffee this morning with the uncle.  Then my kinesiologist came over did some stuff.  After that went to the grocery store bought some stuff.  Came home had dinner went to the music in the park thing.  Goy home showerd  oh, got to 8 today and been ready since, wait for it, been ready since 10:00.  That's something special that happened today won a free beverage from Starbucks.  Now I'm having some crackers and a Pepsi.  Going to play on the internet for a little bit then bed.         Sorry for yesterday just didn't feel like telling you the same old same old, but do today.  So went for coffe yesterday and this morning with the uncle.  Then after coffee yesterday went to my group.  It was good.  Then apsolutely nothing.  Today after coffee went to the hockey rink and did some walking.  2 laps.  Then came home had supper then had coffee and popcorn watched a movie.  I think it was good don't remember you know brain injury.  Didn't have popcorn yesterday tho had coffee but no popcorn.  Didn't do the movie thing yesterday.  The little one came over yesterday after school.  (happy)  Now I'm going to jet so I'll TTYL Luctouque

Tired

       Yep I am.  But I'm always tired.  Well I'll go to bed soon stare at the walls for a few hours then I might sleep.  Might.  I'm thinking of not telling my Dr. he might just up the doseage again.  Of my sleeping pill silly.  Oh yeah I get bto see my little one tomorrow.  Happy.  I get to see that girl who gave me her phone number.  Then I'll tell her why I haven't called, the piece of paper is somewhere around here.  Well I did give her mine a week before she gave me hers.  No phone call.  Sad.  But haven't been able to call her.  Sad.  So I'm guessing you want to know what I did today?  Well coffee with the uncle.  And today was city hall day went to that had to leave early cuase my kinesiologist was comming over. she had to make it a short visit, but got my bed changed.  As you know I love that word kinesiologist.  Had dinner on time kinda well 45 mins late, well later than I wanted it but, had it anyways.  Then come six watched a movie had coffee and dessert which was popcorn.   So basicly a normal day.  Oh that's something different I did.  Before I went to city hall went to the mission for lunch.  It was free but the coffee was terrible.  So 5 today.  Ok bed time now I'll TTYL Luctouque

I Like

         I'm going to tell you stuff that I do, only because it's on my mind.  With that being said I'm going to babble and sometimes I might cuss.  But that's just me, I like coulorful metaphors.  Oh and there might be some spelling mistakes.  So here goes
        First off I should tell you that I'm not suicideal my pills are working which leads my to the first thing.  Why is it that we need to take these things.  We're always told we are not perfect but, we take what is called medication to fix what is not perfect with our minds.  Hmmm.
        So this is what I do in a usual day.  I wake up around six am not lately but I usualy do.  Then I get up get dressed depending on the time I might come here and check my e-mail but I have what is called breakfast which is normally a bowl of ceral and my pills, cuase four of the pills I take should be taken with food and I take two of them in the morning.  The other two in what's called the pm.  Then I go and brush my teeth cuase we are supposed to do that.  Well I brush them after I eat breakfast because they get covered in food and we brush them to clean them so I figure why brush them before breakfast they are just going to get dirty when we eat so why not after.
       Then I go for coffee at the seniors complex at a certain time which is when the place opens.  Meet a family member I used to meet two but it's only one right now.  G-ma needs her arm to heal so she can walk.  I know that sounds funny but she does.  She uses a walker to help stableize her when walking.  I usualy have two coffee's in the morning.  One when I get there usualy a staff member get's my first one for me.  Then when my uncle gets there he usualy gets my second one.  Then after that home, but if it's Monday I go from the seniors place to pick up my pills for the week.  Then after that I go and get my third coffee for the trip home. 
        Which leads me to my first thought, why is it that we eat at certain times like why not at different times. Well I know we eat at the certain times because that is when the body has used up our nutrients and we need to replace them.  Now breakfast is when the time we wake up too break the fast cuase we haven't had anything since the day before.  Lunch well I think at that time cuase it's convient.  Then supper cuase it's almost the tine we go and sleep.  I eat my meals at different times than most people.  So breakfast I have at the normal time because of my pills and we first wake up.  Lunch I have a half hour before the normal time that most peope have it I don't know why just do, well I'll probably tell you later.  Supper I have two hours before the normal time just to be special.  So I eat at 7:30ish 11:30 and 4:00.
        I got off track where was I, oh yeah after I get home from coffee I usualy play on the computer till lunch then I might have something to do.  Like on a typical Monday my kinese (probably spelt that wrong) usualy comes over and helps me walk and helps me with the stuff I can't do.  Well I might be able to do but it would take time so I just don't do it to save me the frustration.  
       Then I uaualy do some choresbecause society wants us to have our living spaces a certian way.  Then Tuesday well coffee as you know then go to a group session then nothing much.  What I usualy do to pass time is play on the computer.  You know the time between the things that are supposed to be done.  Wednesday I go for a walk.  Now Thursday I used to go to where my kinese works and with this other client made lunch but that doesn't happen any more.  Friday I go to ths group for mental disabilties like depression, brain injury and maybe schitzophrenia Not sure though.  Saturday and Sunday nothing is planned.  Got off track again. 
           After my morning coffee wait till lunch then wait till I'm supposed to do something.  Then have dinner then wait till the time to take my evening pills which is 7:00 for me I'll tell you why 7:00 later, I know your not supposed to take them till around 8:00 but I had things changed because I wanted to be special.
       Now the pill thing I'm going to explain that.  I try to take them at the earliest time possible, I don't know why I do well I do know why it started as a joke but became habit.  Morning pills the earliest time you can take them is 7:00.  Lunch tim pills don't have any so I don't know the times but supper time pills earliest is 4:00.  Now bed time pills earliest is supposed to be 8:00 but I take them at 7:00, I'll get into that soon.  Well at my last rehab place they were sticklers for the pill times like you couldn't take them before certain times or after certian times.  like breakast time pills couldn't be taken befor 7:00 or after 9:00.  Lunch I don't know cuase I don't have any at that time and dinner time pills four till six.  Nite time pills 8:00 till 10:00. 
       Now here is why or what I do I'll tell you why after.  Now morning pills I take when I have breakfast which is usualy at the normal time.  My dinner time pills I take at 4:00 and my bed time pills I take at 7:00.  I know, I know it's supposed to be at the earliest 8:00.  I got my doctor to sign a piece of paper saying I could take the at the eariest 7:00.  Which leads me into why I take the pills at the earliest times possible.
           I take them early because I needed a staff member to watch me take them I think it was for leagle reasons.  Well I took them early because it was a troubled time for staff to watch like with the breakfast pills they usualy watched at 8:00 then there was me the morning time for the morning pill was 7:00 till9:00 so why not get the staff to work early and take them at 7:00 which is around shift start.  Now supper pills they usualy watched at five but I figured why not 4:00, it's within the rules that they had so they couln't say no.  Now the bed time pills so here's thye story.  I didn't like the 8;00 time and I wanted to go to bed early so I asked them if I could take them at 7:00 instead but for paper reasons or should I say leagle reasons they wouldn't let me take them till 8:00. 
         So I whine till they made an appointmen to see my Dr. and get him to sign a piece of paper saying it would be ok to take my bed time pills as early as 7:00.  So did it. But as you know habits are hard to break so I've been taking them at 7:00 since and the reason why I wanted to take them early is because I wanted to go to brd early.  That was a lot of stuff to do to get to bed early but did it.  Now I don't have any one needing to watch me take the pills But I still take them at those times.
       Now my bed time pills are attitude adjusters and sleeping pills.  Now taken them by 7:00 I should be sleepy but no I even had them adjusted to help me get to sleep but can't sleep so I play on the computer till I think I should go to sleep.  It used to be 7:00 but now I try to go to bed earlier like it's 10:30 right noe and not tired.  Now your probably going to say don't have a coffee before bed been there done that didn't work moved on.
         So I'm trying to change the bedtime habit still take the pills at the same time but started a new habit to go to bed later.  Watch a movie starting at 6:00.  So habits are watch a movie at six have popcorn which is a normal movie kind of thing to do and my usual coffee with the popcorn.  Then when the movie is over go to bed after I write on here.  I usualy don't write that much cuase I want to go to bed then there's tonite like it's after 10:30 and I'm still up.  I should be tired cuase of the pills but, not.  Maybe I'll need the alarm again.  We'll see who knows.

The Weekend

        Well that's what it is.  Yes I had coffee with the uncle this morning but mom was there too.  Had my usual two then got home and waited till the time I go to my friday social.  Went, I had 4 there.  On my way home thought about getting a Starbucks but saved my money.  Got back did my usualwatched a movie had my 7th with popcorn.  Now having a Pepsi and some crackers.  The movie was about bank robbing so nothing special.  Now I'm going to get ready for bed so no special ready time tonite.  But it's almost 9:00 and still up.  What the!  So I'll TTYL Luctouque  

Thursday

         So what I did today.  Well you know had coffee with the uncle then nothing much this is one of my week days where I don't do therapy well I vacuumed and showered but nothing out of the ordinary.  So get to see G-ma tomorrow.  I got up too 8 today which made me realize how much coffee I drank in P town I got to 18 when I was there so I got to thinking if I'm going to beat that I have to make four pots.  Wow that's alot.  I knew I like coffee but got to know when to call it quits.  Well I drank so much in P town cuase the nursing staff said no so I just wanted to have more than they'd allow but they were looking out for my best intentions because I needed one of them to help me transfer so they put a two hour time limit on going to the bathroom.  But when I got permission to transfer on my own they stopped timing me and counting how many coffees I had.  You know that coffee makes you have to pee.  So I was putting myself in jepordy cuase of the two hour time limit.  I realize that after so I did it to myself.  Just glad I can get out of my chair on my own cuase if I couldn't I wouldn't be able to live on my own like I do.  So I'll leave you with that thought and I'll TTYL Luctouque

Stupid Lawyer

       Well He finaly called took six months or so but he called.  I just want this fucken over with.  OK calm breath.  But it was fast how he called me after I threatened his secretary that he's too hard to get a hold of and it looks like I'd have to go to the bar about him.  It's amazing how fast he was after that.  Now tell me would an incompetant person do that?  I didn't think so.  So I guess you want to know the little bit I did today yep, coffee with the uncle.  Then went to the local hockey arena and walked 3 laps that's three quarters of a kilometer.   Man I'm good.  Then after dinner around six watched a movie had popcorn and a coffee.  Now I'm having a Pepsi and had half of the small pie mom made for me.  Blueberry MMMM .  And it's a small pie almost tart sized.  I'm going to surf for a little bit maybe find a girl friend ha ha I can dream right.?  Maybe I'll get surprized and one of the women will say yes to a coffee with me.  Yeah right I'm a dreamer well I had three yesses but three no shows.  I'm doomed to be alone.  Well I want someone who makes it hard to sleep and makes it too easy to get up  for so just call me a romantic kind of guy but that's what I want oh and sex too.  Let's not forget about that.  Well I'm a regular guy who thinks about sex 24/7.  Sex sex sex.  Ha ha haa.  So I'll TTYL Luctouque

Called Him

         Yep and he wasn't home.  Oh well guess I'll talk to him later.  Who you might ask, my dad.  Well what I did today, as you know went for coffee with the uncle.  Then waited till the time to go to COBIS.  Went got this girls phone number.  I know, I know, I said I'd start calling them woman but old habits are hard to break.  Speaking of old habits 6 and I'm having a Pepsi right now.  So last nite at Toastmasters I got a new pin.  A compentant communicator pin.  It almost took three years but did it.  Well some people take less than a year to get it but, I'm a slacker.  Then when I got home.  Visited with my little one.  Oh when I got home from COBIS I took out my recycling and no oone was in the hallway or near the mail boxes to offer to take it out for me, so I got to take it all the way to the cirb.  A rareity (spelling bad) but did it.  So after dinner watched a movie had popcorn and a coffee came on here to tell you all about it.  So now you know and I'll TTYL Luctouque 

Dad's Day

        That's what today is so I'm going to do something different.  I'm going to tell you what I did today step by step.  As you know I'm pretty boring and I'm going to tell you how boring.  So it started with my usual coffee in the morning at the coffee place at around 8:00 so I had my usual two.  Then came home and listened to the radio you know CBC.  Then toodled around listening to the radio and waited till my daughter would come over.  While I waited did laundry.  Kept waiting put laundry away while waiting then had lunch I called the Mrs. found out that she wan't coming over today so turned the coffee pot on had some more coffee well got to eight but I didn't drink the 8th one so seven surfed on the computer while I had coffee and got entertained.  Now I'm a member on plenty of sites no not those ones but yes dating websites I get a kick out of the women that are on them.  Some of them write their true selfs on and some do not I can tell the difference.  The ones that trick me coodos to them had my shower after dinner couldn't have my shower early cuase I was waiting had to be decent for when she came.  So was ready by five.  Then did my usual at six which is watch a movie have popcorn and yes a coffee.  The movie was an X-men movie.  Then when the movie was over put my popcorn bowl and coffee cup in the sink oh I forgot to mention I did dishes before I surfed on the net.  Then after I put the stuff in the sink got a pepsi and came on here to tell you about it.  Oh yeah I talked to my daughter when the movie was on paused it enjoyed my conversation.  Was wished a happy fathers day.  So that was my day.  Now that I've told you I'm going to surf the net a little bit then go to bed.  So now you know how boring I am So I'm going to sign off now good nite I'll TTYL Luctouque

I'm Special

          Yep I am.  And I'm not being nice to myself and calling myself a retard I actualy am special.  Well I guess I'm actualy spectactular I know my spelling is bad but I am.  So what happened today well I had coffee with the uncle then mom came over and helped me clean.  She brought me a Timmies hooray.  After dinner watched a movie had popcorn and a coffee now I'm having a Pepsi.  It's a good thing caffine doesn't affect me because if it did I'll be awake for two more days.  Yes I had my sleeping pill and a half doesn't work but there's always hope right.?  Now I know I just typed that, well I type alot about my having problems sleeping and that caffine doesn't affect me and your probably thinking why don't you cut out the caffinated beverages and see if it helps.  Well been there, done that, didn't work, moved on.  Can't sleep but moved on.   Oh the movie was I'm number four.  It was good and I really like the title.  So tomorrow is daddy's day and I'm a dad so I guess it's a day for my type.  Now as you know I'm trying to get a woman.  I'm trying really hard not to say girl but you know what I mean.  But I just backed out of a pretend date cuase I just didn't want to go out of my place of residence.  hope she's ok with my excuse.  She probably is cuase she was going to that place anyways.  Something about a friend in the band.  Now you know I really like those things but just wanted to stay home.   So I'll TTYL Luctouque     

Zeal

        Well as you know went for coffee with the uncle this morning.  Then nothing much.  Got ready by 5:30 I know, slacking.  Well, went and bought some bread.  Did my usual movie, coffee, popcorn.  So 4 today.  I got stuff to do tomorrow, wow stuff.  So the movie was another kids move but liked it.  Hop was the movie.  Well tired now so gonna go brush my teeth then go nite nite so I'll TTYL Luctouque 

Kinesiologist

        That's who I saw today.  Walked two laps today that's half a kilometer.  Guess what, that's right I had coffee with my uncle this morning.  Did some laundry had lunch went to the hockey areana.  Walked acouple laps.  When I came home checked my crock pot I forgot to turn it up before I left so had dinner later than I wanted so had my popcorn as desert while watching the movie.  Rango was the movie.  It may be a kids movie but I liked it.  Some of the jokes were for adults cuase kids wouldn't get them hell I probably didn't get them.  I'm what you call an adult, some people would protest that but am.  So I start my new doseage of my pills today so my sleeping pill was upped so we will see if it works.  Hope it does.  The one thing I'm doing different tonite is I had an apple for a bed time snack and a Pepsi.  Well I'm running out of stuff to say except had 4.  I'll TTYL Luctouque

It Happened

        Yep the day happened.  Well I like to think so.  I know I've said it lots but I'll get right into it, coffee with the uncle then I went to my BI group today got a long hug from that lady I like and that girl took my number again we'll see if she calls I wont hold my breath.  Been ready since a quarter after five, I know, I know slow am I.  Got a small pizza and a coke from that guy at the group.  He's a Coke guy and I'm a Pepsi guy but I wont yell him that I like free stuff.  and Ido drink the Coke he gives me usually before bed which has been happining later lately and yes I'm going to do the popcorn and coffee thing while I watch a movie laterthat will make six.  So I'll TTYL Luctouque

        Yep eight again bot two Timmies and one Starbucks.  So what I did today well coffee with the uncle then got home and went food shopping.  Got back waited till the time till mom called and went to visit g-ma.  Had pizza and Timmies I got an extra one cuase mom bought one in case this certain guy showed up he didn't so I got it.  Which is why two.   Did my usual was ready by wait, 6:00 I know I'm slippin.   Then after dinner watched a movie had popcorn and a coffee the movie was Blow I know I've seen it before but didn't remember it then when it was done I went oh yeah I've seen that and I know I liked it then and I liked it now.  Now I'm going to to some surfing then go to bed so I'll TTYL Luctouque

       Yep eight today getting closer to my goal of 20 I don't think it'll happen but here's hoping.  Well I know I can get too 20 cuase I do have a coffee maker so I can make all the coffee I want but I don't think I'll do it I want to tho but realisticly no.  So I have 3 per day on the norm well the two in the morning and the one before bed four on a monday but the min is three.  I've been thinking the women I gave my phone number too forgot how to use the phone or their fingers are broken all I know is they haven't called and I am sad.  So what I did today well, coffee with the uncle this morning and then I had some care aids come over and talked with my OT and Kinesiologist for when my funding runs out and what they are going to do.  I just can't believe how much has to happen just cause I hit my head really hard.  Don't get it.  All I did was survive and look at how many people I employ hmm well I'll TTYL Luctouque

        So I'll get right into it yep, coffee with the uncle I had 2 there.  Got back decided not to go grocerie shopping but I was happy after my group, I gave my number to that pretty woman that goes to the gruop.  I know there was this other woman there I had a crush on still do, but I like to think I know a lost cause when I see one but this other woman asked for my number and goes out of her way to sit beside me.  Hope she calls.  My smoke alarm was randomly beeping so they're getting me a new one.  Can I have another random thought for your attention.  Cold.  My computer is near the airconditioner, brrr.  Half to have it on to take the heat away in the apartment.  Yes I have the heat turned off but it's something about the water pipes being close to the walls that brings the heat to the apartment.  Man is it going to be hot in here in the summer.  Had my usual coffee and popcorn during the movie so, got to about 6 give or take.  Well 2 this morning and about 3 at the group then my before bed one I think that's 6.  Can't thnk of anything else to tell you so I'll TTYL Luctouque

        While I was watching a movie and I did have a coffee and my popcorn.  See I told you coffee has no affect on me I must of been tired or the movie wasn't any good.  Well as you know memory is bad so I'll watch it again and between the the memry thing and falling asleep all should be good.  When I woke up I went to grab my can of pepsi and there was some left I wasn't thinking there was so dropped it.  Mess.  So what I did today coffee with the uncle.  Mom took me out to see g-ma brought a Tims to her made her happy.  Showered after I ate dinner well after 6:00, been ready since 6:30 but as you know wasn't early enough cuase I woke up in my recliner.  Came on here to tell you about it oh I also did laundry today as well.  Woke up decided to come on here and tell you about it so I'll TTYL and since it's after midnight my next post will be in the same day but I'll tell you the usual stuff anyways So I'll TTYL Luctouque

the first two pictures are my family and the pic of the guy is an ex coworker well my teacher and one of the guys in the first two is the guy I have coffee with every day.  Which leads my to what I'm suppoded to say which is what I did today and yep coffee, with the uncle this morning.  Then I went to the bank got back went for a coffee with my teacher and he helped me try to figure out what I used to be like pre accident.  I was pretty much the same except the handicapp and I think I was a pretty nice guy to work with.  Got to thinking I haven't changed that much post accident.  Which I like my homour likes dislike are pretty much the same.  Makes me think that people don't really change attitude due to BI.  Even tho I've met some people who have and most of you say you change a little but I think you guys are just looking for something.  Just saying.  The games on gotta go so I'll TTYL Luctouque

Had Coffee

        Like you didn't know.  Here's something you didn't know well you knew just here it is had 7 today, there said it.  Now if you want go read another blog cuase I told you 7 that would be OK, and they were caffinated whoa man, ding.  Caffine yeah!  Well as you know caffine doesn't effect me but they where cafinated so it doesn't help my spelling but you get it.  So what I did today had coffee with wait my uncles did you notice the plural?  Yep two of them and my cousins as well well one the other had to stay behind and watch her daughter you know had to be a mom.  I'll put some pictures up next post so you can see what Albertans look like oh right, your an Albertan.  So that woman that's what I should call her because me calling women girls all the time makes me sound like one of THOSE guys.  That's something I should get used to calling them is women not the girl thing anymore.  Well I guess you could say I'm all grown up now it's women I lust after not girls.  Well it's going to get some used to but will happen oh watched a movie had popcorn and a coffee so I'm normal now and wait for it writing on my blog.Then after I'm going to check my e-mail play a couple games then go to bed.  So normal stuff.  Then I'm going to sleep wake up and do it again tomorrow but have coffee with one uncle cuase the other one is going home.  I went this afternoon to my Friday social then went to the bank cuase you know money is a good thing well after telling you that I'll TTYL Luctouque 

Visit

       So one of my uncles came and visited and my two cousins.  Saw them at coffee this morning and they came over for coffee this afternoon except one of my cousins because she din't want to wake up her little one so she forwent coming over.  They will be coming for coffee in the morning then it will be back home for them.  Oh the getting ready for bed didn't really happen tonite well been ready since 7 :00 and now it's 8:00.  Forgoing the movie and popcorn tonite.  Well you know it's late for me but all I'm going to do is surf a little then retire.  I'm going to put up a picture of two of my uncles and one of my cousins.  Hope it works out.  So I'll TTYL Luctouque 

Late

       Yep it is and I'm having a cocoa well only 6 today but 1 Tims and 1 Starbucks.  I didn't have my popcorn tonite had an apple instead.  One of my other uncles is in town to see G-ma and both his daughters came as well and I think one of my cousins brought one of her kids, will find out more tomorrow.  So I went to the local hockey arena and walked a half a kilometer, Cool huh?  well I don't know what else to say so have a good one and I'll TTYL Luctouque

Well

        I had this girl hit on me at Toastmasters and I called her today and, no answer hmmm.  I guess I shouldn't read anything into it.  So what I did today?  As you know, coffee with the uncle then came home and waited till the group time.  Went.  Did nothing much there but I stared at a couple of women and I mean stared he he.  The one I had asked to be my girlfriend a  while ago was all buddy buddy with me today.  Like she is every week.  I like it.  Since she found out that she was staying here she's been buddy buddy with me and I like it.  So tell me?  What's on my mind alot?  Oh today was shower day forgot until halfway thru the movie.  Then when it was over went and showered.  I didn't have popcorn tonite cuase I had dinner at around 5:30 instead of four, and as you know I start the movie around six.  So I thought it would be too much.  It's around 9:00 now man I'm up late.  Well I'm going to get into bed so I'll TTYL Luctouque

Tired Yet Again

       it's almost 10:00 and still up, what the?  Well after this going to bed.  So the usual and something different.  Coffee with the uncle in the morning.  Then later my cousin from Vancouver came and had coffee with her and me.  Got back, did laundry and hold it, got milk I usually have mom get it.   Then did the usual nothing had dinner showered watched a movie had coffee and popcorn.  Now I'm having Pepsi and some crackers hmm now I'm going to surf  sme more finish my Pepsi so no post tomorrow cuase it's toastmaster nite so I'll TTYL Luctouque

I think I'm tired

       Eyes are heavy and sleepy hmmm.  Well What I did today.  Coffee with the uncle then when I got home mom picked me up so we could do my bottle returns and visit g-ma oh and I think one of my cousins are in town.  wow it's 10:00 and I'm still up.  What's going on I'm still out of bed, I don't know.  So talking to mom I haven't gone to one of those A&W restaurants where the girls roller skate up to the car and give you your burger.  I thought I have but didn't that was over with by my time.  I thought there were still a couple of them when I was younger but apparently not.  Well I was living in the lower mainland I thought there were a couple still around but, apparently not.  So I'll TTYL Luctouque

       Apparently I haven't written on here for a couple days.  Stupid memory I absolutely thought I wrote one here but it says I haven't since Tuesday and it's Friday.  Hmmmmmmmm I just don't get it.  Well the other day I won twice on pull tabs.  Now I can't remember if I had stuff that I wanted to remember well you know I use the blog to help remind me of things like the one thing I need to remember is that I do a lot of nothing.  he he well short one so I'll TYL Luctouque

Showered

      Yep did that.  Today I'm slow it's 6:30 and finaly ready.  Well What I did today, coffee this morning with the uncle.  Then I waited till the time to go to my group at COBIS.  Oh I broke one of my rules, but only if you know what COBIS means.  Came back visited with my little one.  Had dinner, got wet.  Made my popcorn had coffee from the visit still ready and, 6 maybe 7 or 8 when I'm done got the game on the good guys are winning.  Well I'm going to try and get a girlfriend now should be kinda easy cuase I'm in my PJ's so they ncan see what I got and you know I got a lot (chuckle) so I'll TTYL Luctouque

Did It

        Got my coffee and popcorn ready and the game on well today is a boring day cuase it was a holiday so out of the normal went on and picked up my drugs and a coffee didn't go for my morning coffee cuase it was closed cuase of the holiday well not much to day TTYL Luctouque

Forgot

       Forgot to post yesterday but I'm sure you know what I did but I did one thing different, hung out with mom.  So lets get started on today well coffee with the uncle till I came on here to tell you what I didn't do watched a hockey game this afternoon well that's different and I had dinner later than I usualy do, 2 and a half hours later than I usualy do.  Then I did my usual popcorn and coffee and movie it was The Eye it was good well I think so.  Well that's it that's all so I'll TTYL Luctouque

Dinner

Hot

      Yes I am.  Not conceded just hot that's the one thing I hate about my place I don't even have the heat on but I'm sweating.  Good for the winter but the warmer months not really.  Well I'm on here late had my coffee and popcorn already but the game is on that's why I'm still up.  So I guess you want to know what I did today well, coffee with the uncle then the time came to go to the hockey rink to walk did two laps so half a kilometer.  Then I went to the bank on my way home but it was closed.  I didn't realize I was gone that long hmm I don't like not knowing the time and there's no excuse cuase I have a watch but I didn't realize I was that long.  Get to see my cousin tomorrow and I getto go to one of the shops in town that have dvd's and cd's I hate this not being on the up and up I want to buy a cd and a dvd.  I guess I'm old fashioned but hey someone has to be.  So I'll TTYL Luctouque

Today

         I found out some bad news.  G-ma has untill about Sept. to live.  Sad.  Well I can say she's had a good 89 years.  So what I did today well coffee with the uncle then I went to my BI group but before I went got the bad news.  Well I can say that the good looking girl looked better today and the woman I like had her birthday today but I wont tell you how old she turned somethings are best left secret.  Oh I think that good looking girl is that a girl I think shes in her twenties well she might be a lady of the eighties (smile) wel lI wouldn't mind but then I'd be considered bad. hmmm TTYL Luctouque

        So I've been ready since 11:30.  I'm having a Pepsi right now.  Oh my god it's not a coffee.  So what I did so far today went for coffee with the uncle well, two of them.  The other one's still in town.  Got clean.  Oh and happy mother's day.  So it's too early to get my nite time stuff ready but I'm still going to have it and watch a movie cuase I think there is no hockey on tonite if there is, watching that.  Well I'm boring not much to write except I'm clean and ready so I'll TTYL Luctouque

Saw Her

        Yep saw G-ma today and one of my other uncles too.  That's what I did yep, I went to the hospital. So my mom has three brothers so I guess you might say I have 3 uncles.  Don't know much about my dad's side of the family I think he has two brothers and two sisters and a half brother.  But that's what I think I don't really know that much about dad's side of my family.  I think He wants it that way.  Who knows the only thing I know is dad disowned his family, well kind of.  So what I did today well you know, coffee with the uncle this morning then mom came over and took me out.  Went shopping then to the legion saw my other uncle their.  Then went to visit G-ma.  Got home had dinner then made my popcorn had my coffee watched the game New York won (sad).  So I might watch a movie tomorrow or might have a date, who knows.  TTYL Luctouque 

Movie

           Well that's what I had on and something started to bug me so I went to check it out then the movie ended, well it wasn't that good anyways.  "My Bloody Valientine" I think I spelt it write.  So what I did today well, coffee with the uncle then waited till the time to go to the social then went to that.  Got home had dinner put the movie on got to thinking found the answer didn't like it but, got it.  I just wish I wasn't socialy unnatractive hmm and I did mean both ways.  Well come on comment and tell me I'm wrong why yes Luc your attractive and your fun to be around.  I know I'm reaching but have too.  Now I'm thinking I have to do the before bed ritual you know turn lights off, brush teeth get stuff ready for the next day and so on.  So after saying that I'll go and do that stuff.  I'll TTYL Luctouque

Clean

           Yep I am and it's 5:00 and I'm ready.  So it's going to be different tonite instead of hockey I'm going to watch a movie and you know coffee and popcorn but I'm going to start the movie around 6:00.  Don't know which one, it'll be a surprise hope it's good.  Saw my OT today and she kind of gave me advise on how to put my wrist hand orthotic on.  Listening to Johnny Cash right now and I just found out that he's going to Folsom Prison oh yeah, had coffee with the uncle this morning just in case you wanted to know.  All i need now is to have fun, going to put on my WH ortho then going to get my coffee and popcorn ready to be ready so I'll TTYL Luctouque 

Another day

        Found out that g-ma's going to be a few days in the hospital.  So what I did today well coffee with the uncle then mom came over in the morning after coffee and her brother came over to, to renove a mirror from my dresser.  Then when the time came went to the hockey rink and walked two laps a half a kilometre had dinner then my little one came over and we hung out for a while.  6 that's what I got to today, 6.  So I'll TTYL Luctouque

        Just finished watching the hockey game NJ won so they won the series.  So what I did today well coffee with the uncle then went to my BI group that I go to on Tuesdays, showred had dinner watched a hockey gamenow I'm writing on here then going to play on the computer for a while then I'll go to bed. been ready since 4:30 and now it's almost 7:30 so I guess I got this early bed time thing licked Well I'll TTYL Luctouque

B-day

       Well that's what I'm doing.  Went for my usual coffee this morning with the family.  Mom came over after and brought me milk and stuff.  Then I went to my social it was good.  My kinesiologist forgot to come over well she came over late.  We did some stuff.  I'm going to have to do alot of stuff on Monday.  Well Toastmastrs and go to city hall and some other stuff as well.  It's on my calendar it's all good.  I still have some stuff to do before bed but got my coffee and popcorn ready and I think after the hockey game I'll watch a movie.  Well I might since going to bed early hasn't been happening lately

Tired

       That's what I am.  Fell asleep during the hockey games over time so had to turn the TV to the sports channel and that's where I found out that Washington lost.  sad.  The game went to overtime and in the third overtime peiod New York scored.  I just can't believe I fell asleep.  It's hard or me to keep my eys open to write this so it's going to be short so I id what I normaly do then went to the hockey rink walked wo laps came home ate showerd turned onthe game fell asleep woke up to tell you and man I'm tired I'm going to go TTYL Luctouque
