This is a picture I took on the handy dart. And yes I ride the retard bus. I like it cuase I can have my electric chair on it. There is one thing wrong, you have to book it 4 days in advance. I'm glad I can take a regular bus, I can take my electric chair on that one too. So what I did today, coffee with the Fam. then I went to a BI group. Had dinner, chicken breast with vegies. I just took the pictures didn't think about it just took them. It's Monday and that means Toastmasters so no going to bed early for me. I don't get back till around 10:00. I'm tired already. Yawn. Oh I might be getting a Kellogs T in the mail in 8 to 10 weeks. Hooray! I went to the grocery store to buy some ceral I know I can't spell and I went to that store and got my meds. It's 10 after 10:00 and I'm ready for bed. Bet your tired of reading that. No pun intended. The pic. was taken after coffee, and yes grandma uses a walker. I did for a couple weeks back in P-town but as you know, you need two hands or the use of two arms to use one. So what I did today, coffee with the fam had a shower and got my PJ's on. It's late

The first picure is of my wife the second is the most important girl in the world. So you want to know what I did today cuase yesterday is a write off. Went for my morning coffee then after lunch mom and grandma came over, she brought me milk cuase I can't carry it home from the store. It's a 4 litre jug. Well mom and grandma brought A&W that was lunch. I'm slipping I didn't do what I usually do at my bed time. No instant coffee, no snack and I'm supposed to be in bed now, but I needed to write in my public diary. So as to inform you of my stuff, like I'm watching all the Harry Potters in order now I'm on the third one now. I've seen them all, but I'm gonna watch them again. Oh yaeh, I went to Safeway and got carrots and potatoes after dinner. Yep, I went outside. I had my usual Starbucks coffee which is a vanilla cap. TTYL Luctouque

Thursday

These are on the way back from---not going to tell. Well I guess you've got an idea on what it looks like in the area I live in. It's 2:45 and I'm ready for bed. Maybe I'll watch Harry Potter since there is no hockey on. Or maybe there is who knows. Well today I went for coffee with the fam. Then I went to where my kineseologist works Then had a shower. I'm clean. Now I'm just waiting for the time to turn my dinner on and take my pills. Boreing that's my life I can't spell. TTYL Luctouque

The hockey game is on but it's the wrong one. The good guys are off for now. The pic. is on the way back from Safeway. I'm half ready for bed. I wonder how many sententces I can put on here that lead to nothing. I did my usual today coffee with the fam. then I went to the grocery store. Had dinner. Then had my nitely ritchual (spelling bad) witch is eat as a snack what grandma gave me at coffee then make myself an instant coffee. Can you tell I like coffee? Didn't see my daughter today switched it to Friday cuase of my appt. with the shrink. He made me think about my nitely going to bed early as uneccesary. What do you think about it? I think it's funny, but how long will it be I think I'll stay up later. It's just boredom that keeps me doing it. I'm always bored. I'm bored all day and what little of the nite I'm up for. I need some ideas of things to do. Like the one thing I do is write on here but, I need something else to do. Like I need to do things that are good for reading. How about this, when I have my nitely coffee I have it in a cup I won when I bowled. Like 100 pins over average or the 325 club and yes I was a good bowler. 5-pin mostly I had my own equipment. Yesterday

This was a picture I took yesterday from the BI group building. So you wanna know what I did, well like today I went for coffee with the fam. not much else happened well I got to bed early but that's it. Now I'm waiting for my mom to take me to my shrink appt. cuase I'm a weirdo smirk. My life is pretty dull not much to write about. Well maybe mom will get me a Tims, here's hoping

It's friday

So I didn't take any pictures. So sue me. And here is my daily jornel entry. Had coffee this morning with the family, then did nothing till my RA came over. Then did some rehab stuff, I don't get it how will this stuff help me. I do it cuase it might but, come on how, I don't get it but, I'm not educated. I managed to cut my fingernails on my left hand today but, not the right. So 50% not bad. SMILE. I might take some pics. tomorrow. It's mom luc day tomorrow. The Canucks game is on tonite, so no early bed time for me. Which makes me sad:(

The Day

The first image is my family then a garbage can where I take my trash, then outside. My wife and daughter are next then Shuberts parking lot kind of and then one of the RA's she doesn't work with me. My day started with coffee with the fam. Then I went to Meridian and walked and had some stretches done. Then I worked my way home got dinner ready, showered, ate then I started watching the game. And finally came on here to tell everything that I did today. That's it that's all, kind of boring. Could of been worse I guess or more interesting. Well they are going to make it more interesting for us at M so maybe I'll have more to say about that later.

Another tuesday

This is what it looks like outside where I go for my BI group. What I did today, coffee with the family, the BI group, shower and dinner, so I've been ready for bed since 3:30. But have to wait cuase of pills. Not because the pills are holding me back but pill time is. Thinking about it I need a new hobby, this being ready for bed early thing is getting old. This is my living room chair. I don't sit in it cuase I can't get out of it, so I just use it as a thing to put stuff on. Those soccer balls are pillows. So now I'll tell you what I did today. Well It's morning so not a hell of a lot. Went for coffee with the family and something happened the other night at my uncle's work. Someone got shot. So my uncle had an exciting night at work. Blog been down for a while but I'm still here. The pictures are on my way to one of the local Safeways. So I guess you want to know what I've done in the past couple of days. Well I went for the usual morning coffees. Grandma and uncle are good. I went grocery shopping did laundry and went to lie down at 7:30 for the past couple of days. That's it I'm pretty boring no Canucks game till sunday. So that means I can go to bed at a decent time. I know on friday's and saturdays are supposed to be late nites but I do listen to CBC radio and relax, I don't get to sleep till about 11:00. TTYL Luctouque

Hey man

So what I did today. Well I went for coffee in the morning with my grandma and two uncles cuase one is visiting and then on my way back home took the pic. Then my step dad came over and pumped up the tires on my manual chair. I also slaved over a slow cooker to make dinner for myself. The Canucks game is on tomorrow so I can go to bed early. Smile. To take my camera so you are going to have to settle for a picture of my kitchen. So today I went for coffee with the family. Then I went to the library to return my book on CD Oh yeah, my RA came over before I left to go to the library. Had my very first Iced cap. I like the hot ones better. I went to a BI group today, and I got to thinking, I have a brain injury, man, so I must of hit my head really hard. I can't see any scars cuase of my hair, at least that still works. He went outside . Yep I'm moving on up in the world. I actually did it. I went outside. Well I went to the mall but you get it. Outside where the people are. I took two pictures and I actually got my wife a coffee. And me one of course, but outside. The second pic is from the bus stop the first from the malls bus stop. Wel today I went for coffee with my uncle and grandma then I voted then I went to the mall. I actually did something. I'm ready for bed and it's 20 after 12:00. Here is what I did today. Had coffee with grandma and uncle, laundry, shower after lunch and I'm listening to a book called junkyard dogs. Pretty exciteing (spelled it wrong) eh? I'm still trying to transfer without a transfer pole but hey gotta make living easy. I love my bed but, you knew that. Mom came over this morning and got me some dinner stuff I forgot to get, and her man put my surround sound speakers in my stotage locker.
