       It' 8:30 and I'm not in bed, what the.  So what I did today well, coffee with the family then waited till the time to go to my usual Friday social oh, there was this woman who was hot there I kind of told her and she liked it.  Happy.  Now I know your waiting for it and yes I had my before bed coffee and popcorn so that makes 6.  I watched Rambo for the first time tonite it was ok I don't think it was that special.  Oh yeah before I went to my social my kinesiologist came over and stretched my arm then I went to the thing and so on.  So I'll TTYL Luctouque
