yep

        I was ready by 4:00 had dinner by 4:30 then I vacuumed after and I started sweating so I kind of defeated the purpose of the shower I had.  Had coffee with the uncle this morning the I went to where my kinesiologist works and got streatched.  Not by my usual kinesiologist the other one and she's coming over tomorrow before I go to my friday social.  Then after the streatching went and saw g-ma.  I think I made her happy.  Got the game on in the background and I got my before bed coffee and popcorn kid of ready.  Almost time so I'll TTYL Luctouque
