walked

       I showed up early for my walking day thing I made my kinesiologist nervous.  I always leave early for stuff.  I ended up taking the bus a half an hour early so I got there a half an hour early.  Well a good thing was that I walked a hole lap (1 quarter of a Km).  Never done that before.  So what I've done and will do today.  Coffee with the family.  Then I went for a walk.  Now I'm just waiting for my daughter to show up then I'm going to go the Talkin Donkey.  I think I had and will have a busy day.  TTYL Luctouque
