         that's what I got in the mail.  Cool huh.  So what I did today, coffee with the family then I went to my BI group well one of them.  Been ready since 3:22 but now it's 5:06 just waiting for the med time.  Stupid meds I could get to bed at what I think is a decent time.  Stupid meds listening to Blur right now and when the cd is done Buffy, I'm on season 3 now so tomorrow is botox day.  I get to go to Kelowna and get the injections.  I know it wont majically (spelling bad) fix my arm but I can still dream.  Stupid left arm.  TTYL Luctouque
