it was a day

Started off with a guy coming over to put up a transfer pole so I can get into my living room chair. Then I went to where my kinesiologist works. Walked a little bit. Got a talking too. Aparently I act like I don't want anything. I won't deny that. It's my chemical makeup. Well anyways I'll try to have more of a better atitude(I can't spell)I have to seem like I want to improve so the other people will continue trying cuase, if Luc isn't trying why should I. So what I did today, coffee with the family then came home and watched the guy put up my transfer pole. Then I went to where my kinesiologist works. On my way home stopped and got my favorite coffee from Starbucks, a van. cap. Then got dinner ready had a shower turned the game on. I'm gonna call mom cuase I need a table like thing for my living room chair. No I need it. Well it's just after 6:00 and ready. now I'm going to have my before bed expresso I mean, coffee TTYL Luctouque
